The Miller Construction & Engineering Co. was founded in 2012 by Martin Miller, a veteran in general contracting and contract management in Naples, Florida. As a full-service construction and engineering company specializing in the development, addition and remodeling of small to mid-sized commercial buildings, we provide expert consultation, guidance and management to our customers throughout Collier County.

As a Florida licensed civil and structural engineer, Martin Miller has over three decades of experience working within many industries to build practical, versatile structures for commercial buildings and facilities, including schools, jails, hospitals, office buildings and utilities.

After 14 years as a general contractor, Mr. Miller has accumulated 10 years of experience as a construction project manager, 8 years of experience in contract administration and has held a civil engineer license for nearly three decades.

Mr. Miller’s background includes many multi-million dollar contracts with clients such as addition, expansions and renovations for Collier County Sheriff’s Office Naples Jail Center; Collier County School Board’s Golden Gate Middle School Expansion; construction management for the Cleveland Clinic of Naples medical offices; project management of the City of Cleveland Phase I upgrade of the Nottingham Water Plant as well as the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Joy Park low income housing redevelopment.
